What happens on the London ABBA Boat Party?

You board the Dutch Master on the River Thames and party for the whole sailing: DJs playing ABBA, disco and party classics, bars onboard, an open-air upper deck and central London moving past you. Day sailings run in the sunshine, evening sailings catch the sunset and roll on under the city lights. It's a dancefloor first and foremost.

Where does the boat party leave from?

Sailings normally depart from Tower Millennium Pier, but the departure point can occasionally change due to harbour availability, so it is never guaranteed. Always check your ticket and any event update email for the confirmed boarding point before you travel.

Which boat do you use?

The Dutch Master, a two-level Thames party boat chartered for each sailing. It has indoor party space and an open-air upper deck, with bars onboard. Capacity is around 360 guests.

ABBA anthems first, then disco and party classics all sailing long, played by live DJs. Expect the singalongs you're hoping for (Dancing Queen, Mamma Mia, Waterloo), mixed into a proper disco set.

Early Bird tickets are £25 and General Release tickets are £30, sold through FIXR, our official ticketing partner. Tickets are released per sailing date and Early Bird allocations are limited, so they sell out on popular dates.

Very. It's one booking that covers the music, the venue, the views and the dancing, and groups of 10 or more save 15%. Plenty of hen groups sail with us instead of another bottomless brunch.

Yes, there are bars onboard serving throughout the sailing. It's an 18+ event, so bring valid photo ID to be served.

Yes. The Dutch Master has an open-air upper deck as well as covered indoor party space, so you can be out in the sun or the evening air and still have somewhere sheltered to dance.

Sailings pass through central London, so you'll typically see landmarks such as Tower Bridge, The Shard, St Paul's and the London Eye from the water. This is a party, not a guided sightseeing cruise, and exactly what you see depends on the route and river conditions on the day.

Disco, glitter, flares, sequins, seventies energy. Go all in if you want to. There's no formal dress code. Comfortable shoes are wise on a moving deck, and bring a layer in case the breeze picks up on the river.

The boat cannot wait for late arrivals and it can't come back for you once it has left the pier, so missed boarding means a missed sailing. Arrive in good time: boarding opens shortly before the departure time printed on your ticket.
